3 · One offer — you decide
You receive a non-binding offer. Settlement by invoice or prepayment via RetourenDirekt — or, for large lots, brokerage with a written agreement. Inspection & cross-docking via our warehouse in Schorfheide on request.

Terms
- Minimum volume: €5,000 goods value per request. Below that we charge a processing fee, which is fully credited against a subsequent order.
- Businesses only (B2B): offers are directed exclusively at commercial traders.
- Offers are non-binding — availability is subject to prior sale at any time.
- Payment by invoice / prepayment.
- No public marketplace, no third-party listings — sourcing from a closed supplier network.
- Your data is used exclusively to process your request (see our Privacy Policy).

What does a request cost?

Processing your request is free and non-binding. For requests below €5,000 goods value a processing fee applies, which is fully credited against a subsequent order.
How quickly will I receive an offer?

Usually within 48 to 72 hours (Mon–Fri). If your request is still incomplete, we will contact you first with a quick question — the search only starts once the details are complete.
What goods can you source?

Returns, overstock and excess inventory from our category range: Amazon returns, Shein and fashion returns, household appliances, electronics, overstock and new goods, furniture & mattresses, tools & garden, toys, and other. Both single-category and mixed lots.
Is this a marketplace?

No. We are not a marketplace and do not publish third-party listings. We match your request against our closed supplier network: either we are your contractual partner ourselves, or we broker the lot under a written brokerage agreement.
Who is the service for?

Exclusively for businesses (B2B). Offers are directed only at commercial traders — retailers, resellers, e-commerce and professional buyers.
How does payment work?

In a direct transaction you pay by invoice or prepayment to RetourenDirekt. In a brokerage you pay the supplier directly under a written agreement.
Can I inspect the goods beforehand?

Yes. For larger lots we arrange viewing and inspection — on request including takeover and cross-docking via our warehouse in Schorfheide.
