Return pallets are palletised lots of customer returns and overstock from major retailers like Amazon and Shein. Each pallet contains a mixed assortment of products at drastically reduced wholesale prices.
Who can order from RetourenDirekt?

Pallets and containers can be ordered directly online via the calculator — guest checkout, no registration, EU-wide delivery. Our buyers include resellers, online shops, marketplace sellers (eBay, Amazon, Vinted) and retail chains. VAT and any details required for your delivery country are handled automatically at checkout.
Which brands and sources do you offer?

We deliver directly from two top sources: Amazon EU Returns (pallets & returns) and Shein Wholesale (fashion pallets). Both starting from 1 pallet (600 pieces) — with full tiered price calculation.
How much does a pallet cost at RetourenDirekt?

Amazon and Shein are calculated based on tiered pricing. The regular price corridor is €1.00–3.00 per piece, i.e. €600–1,800 per pallet (600 pieces). A time-limited promotional price currently applies, from €2.40 per piece for 1 pallet down to €1.00 per piece from 1 container (26 pallets ≈ 15,600 pieces) — our lowest tier price. The only exception: the container deal — 33 full pallets (≈ 19,800 pieces) for a fixed price of 17.500,00 € net, valid until revoked, exclusively directly in the pallet calculator on retourendirekt.de. The currently valid promotional price is shown in the pallet calculator. Plus, right now: free shipping across Europe — for a limited time only.
How do I calculate my purchase price?

The per-piece price of your price tier is fixed before you order and is published. One pallet contains around 600 pieces — that gives you your purchase price per pallet, which you can weigh against your own resale channels.
How does the ordering process work?

No registration required. You select pallets from the inventory, add them to the cart, enter your details at checkout and pay securely by credit card. After receipt of payment, we ship the goods from our warehouse in Schorfheide (DE).
How fast is delivery?

Standard shipping within the EU takes 2–5 working days from order confirmation. Express options are available upon request. Our warehouse in Schorfheide (DE) enables fast delivery throughout Europe.
Are there minimum order quantities?

Minimum order is 1 pallet (600 pieces, guest checkout, no registration) — that is €600–1,800 per pallet at the regular corridor. Larger volumes are calculated automatically by tiered pricing — see the pallet calculator. Contact us for individual terms.
Amazon return pallets Germany — price & how to buy?

You can buy unfiltered Amazon return pallets from RetourenDirekt starting at approximately 2,40 € per item for one pallet (~600 items), with prices sliding down to 1,00 € per item for full containers. Purchase is instant online without registration, and we provide invoices with VAT. We ship EU-wide including to international locations, or you can pick up the goods yourself in Schorfheide, Brandenburg.
How to buy liquidation pallets from Germany (EU shipping, VAT)?

RetourenDirekt allows you to buy liquidation pallets directly via our online shop without prior registration. You pay online, receive an invoice with German VAT (VAT-UE number available for B2B), and we organize shipping across the EU. Our warehouse is located in Schorfheide near Berlin, where you also have the option to pick up the goods yourself to save on freight costs.
What is the container deal?

A complete Amazon container with 33 full pallets of mixed, unpicked returns (≈ 19,800 pieces) for a fixed price of 17.500,00 € net (20.825,00 € incl. 19% VAT) instead of 19.800,00 € net at the regular tiered price. No content list, no manifest. One container per order, purchase directly in the pallet calculator (the recommendation appears automatically at 33 pallets). The deal runs until revoked and may end at any time.
