We work without quotes and without personal price lists. The price the calculator shows is the price you pay. These are the six questions we get most:

What is the minimum order and what does it cost?

1 pallet = 600 pieces, from 1.440,00 € net. The per-piece price steps down from 2,40 € to 1,00 € from 1 container (26 pallets).

Do I need a quote before I can order?

No. Pick the quantity in the calculator, add it to the cart, enter your details at checkout, pay. No account, no registration, no waiting for us to reply.

Is there a manifest or a content list?

No — deliberately not. Pallets are unfiltered: not pre-sorted, nothing removed, no content list. That is exactly what keeps the per-piece price low.

What condition is the merchandise in?

Unsorted, unchecked customer returns. Individual items may be damaged or defective. Before dispatch we only check transport safety and pallet completeness.

Who may buy — do I need proof of trade?

Sold exclusively to business buyers (§ 14 BGB). You confirm this with a checkbox at checkout — no trade register entry and no VAT ID required. There is no right of withdrawal.

How do I pay and do I get an invoice?

PayPal, credit card or bank transfer (prepayment). The invoice with all mandatory details is e-mailed automatically. Without a VAT ID incl. the destination country’s VAT; with a valid EU VAT ID net (reverse charge, VIES-checked at checkout).

How long does shipping take?

Delivery 2–5 business days from Schorfheide (DE). EU-wide free shipping (limited-time promotion; end date shown at checkout).
