Can I return pallets?

In cases of proven quality defects (significant deviation from the description), we will refund or replace the affected pallet as part of our defect guarantee. Please report defects within 7 days of receipt. A general right of return does not exist in B2B trade.
What do I know before ordering?

The goods category, the quantity of approx. 600 pieces per pallet and the tiered price per piece (€0.85–3.00) are fixed. The pallets are unpicked — nothing has been removed in advance.
What quality grades are available?

Our Amazon pallets are Customer Returns (Grade A/B). The goods are mostly in their original packaging, fully functional, and can be resold without extensive processing.
Can I make individual requests?

How long does delivery take?
