Can I return pallets?

In cases of proven quality defects (deviation from the manifest), we will refund or replace the affected pallet as part of our defect guarantee. Please report defects within 7 days of receipt. A general right of return does not exist in B2B trade.
How accurate is the manifest?

Every pallet is inspected before shipment and provided with a detailed inventory list. The manifest includes product categories, quantities, and estimated retail values. Deviations are typically under 5%, which is standard for the industry.
What quality grades are available?

Our Amazon pallets are Customer Returns (Grade A/B). The goods are mostly in their original packaging, fully functional, and can be resold without extensive processing.

How long does delivery take?
